Introduction to cold heading machine.

1. Check that the knife plate, cutting knife bar, punch, die, etc. should be intact without cracks, installed correctly, and fastened firmly.

2. After adjusting the cutting mechanism, the clearance between the cutting mechanism and the die holder must be checked. It is strictly forbidden to start the equipment without checking.

3. When the cutter bar has been folded, the roller in the cam groove must be taken out before the equipment can be jogged.

4. When starting the equipment, the main motor can be started to drive the flywheel to rotate only when the feeding device is disconnected. Do not switch on the feeder until the flywheel is at full speed. When stopping the equipment, disconnect the feeding device first, and then stop the main motor.

5、不準(zhǔn)將滑塊停在死點(diǎn)的位置上，如滑塊停在死點(diǎn)上時(shí)，只準(zhǔn)用人工盤(pán)動(dòng)飛輪的方法來(lái)糾正，不準(zhǔn)開(kāi)動(dòng)設(shè)備。在切料刀桿已折的情況下，必須把凸輪槽中的滾輪取出后，方要點(diǎn)動(dòng)設(shè)備。

6、經(jīng)常注意盤(pán)料架的工作情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)混亂應(yīng)立即停車。盤(pán)料加工到快完時(shí)，應(yīng)將料尾從盤(pán)架上脫出。
